King’s Kids Recap: September 23

Preschool-3rd Grade: This week we covered Genesis 3-4. These chapters talk about how sin was everywhere and in everyone. Life was hard, and many consequences arose due to humanity’s sin. Hearts were full of evil thoughts, mouths full of hateful words, and hands full of evil actions. However, someday everything wrong will be made right. We can have hope in Jesus because of his rescue mission! Ask your kiddos this week who will rescue us from the curse (they should say: Jesus!).

4th/5th Grade: In our Questions and Answers book, we covered the question “What is God”? The simple answer is: God is the creator of everyone and everything. Challenge your child by asking: How do we know this is true?
