End of Summer Bash - August 12

King of Glory will host an End of Summer Bash on Wednesday, August 12, from 6-8 pm at Air Madness/Union Social, located at 310 W. Industrial Drive in Harrisburg.

This social event is for all Children’s Ministry families with children ages 0-fifth grade and all Student Ministry students in middle school and high school. The purpose of this event is to have a night of fun before the new school year starts.

The groups will be divided into two. The Children’s Ministry families will go to Air Madness, while the Student Ministry students will go to Union Social. Air Madness and Union Social share a common entrance. Leaders will be at the entrance to direct participants to their appropriate area.

Air Madness
The Children’s Ministry group will enjoy an exciting time of trampoline jumping, dodgeball, and foam pits. All children must complete a waiver before jumping, and a parent must sign the waiver. In addition, parents must be present throughout the evening. This will be a private event as King of Glory has reserved Air Madness during this time.

King of Glory will cover the cost of jumping and socks, if needed. Anyone owning jumping socks is encouraged to bring them. The church will not provide food at this event, but concession stands will be available to purchase snacks.

Union Social
The middle school and high school students will go to Union Social to enjoy bowling and food. King of Glory will cover the cost of bowling and some shareable appetizers. Students wanting to play arcade games, or get something from the concessions stands, may do so at their own expense. This will be a public event.
