King of Glory and LifeLight Festival

There will be NO worship service at King of Glory on Sunday, September 1.  Members are encouraged to join the community in worship at the LifeLight Festival. The worship service at LifeLight begins at 10:30 a.m. at the festival grounds, 2 1/2 miles east of Worthing, S.D.

There are a variety of ways to get to the LifeLight Festival grounds. From I-29, you can take Exit 64 and travel 5 1/2 miles east.  You may also take Minnesota Avenue south approximately 15 miles. At 280th Street, turn left. Another way to take would be to take South Dakota Highway 11 south about 15 miles. At 280th Street, turn right.

Anyone who needs a ride to LifeLight that morning is asked to call the church office at 271-3456.

During the festival a group of King of Glory family members take in the activities on the Main Stage together. If you would like to be a part of this group, look for the purple King of Glory flag.

Student Ministries Camping at LifeLight Festival

King of Glory's Student Ministries will offer a camping opportunity at the LifeLight Festival. This camping opportunity is open to all students entering sixth-12th grades. The cost to camp is $5 per student which will help offset the cost of the camping fees.

According to Student Ministries Coordinator Kyle Helder, King of Glory is partnering with the youth group at Spirit of Truth Church in Brandon and has reserved some adjacent camp sites in order to enjoy the full festival experience.
