There will be a Robin's Nest 15th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, November 1, at 7:30 p.m. at The Point is to Serve Church in Sioux Falls. A similar celebration will take place on Saturday, November 2, at Woodbury Lutheran Church in Woodbury, Minn.
The celebrations are being held in conjunction with "Orphan Sunday," which is Sunday, November 3.
Everyone is invited to come and join us as we hear stories from the 15 years, meet families in the adoption process and those that have completed it. We also will once again have Big Fish with us, a Jamaican who has been gifted by God with a beautiful voice. If you have a story about the Nest that you could share, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. These can be either verbally shared that night or we are making a small booklet as well so send in your story of how you got involved with Robin's Nest.
This is NOT a fundraiser but a celebration.
It was 1998 when Michelle Robinette landed on Jamaica soil to begin the Nest and we want to give God the glory for the “things HE has done.”
“The Point” church is located at 506 N Kiwanis Ave.
We hope to see you there.
