Series of Suppers Looks at Long-Range Plans

As King of Glory looks ahead to the future, the Executive Committee is hosting a series of suppers to discuss long-range plans for how the congregation can grow. These suppers will take place on five different nights between August 19 and August 29. All of the suppers will be from 6-7:30 p.m. at our new facility located at 400 S. Sycamore Ave.

Currently, the Executive Committee is spending some time discussing the possibility of targeting a specific demographic group to expand our congregation.  As one of our core values is that we desire to be a “multi-generational” congregation, we would not ignore other demographics; rather, for a period of time we would put more resources toward one specific demographic group.  More information about this discussion will be provided at the supper you are invited to attend.

By attending one of these suppers, members will be able to:
Look at the space we have leased
Hear about the long-range plans of King of Glory
Give input on the needs of your demographic group
Ask questions and share ideas about the future direction of King of Glory
If you find yourself in more than one demographic you can just choose whichever one you wish to attend.  Children are invited to attend with their parents.   Please RSVP if you plan to attend by emailing or calling the church phone at 605-789-1576.   These suppers will be held at the new facility at 400 S. Sycamore.
