The Daughters of the King have scheduled a summer Bible study series that will begin in June. The study is part of the Women of Faith series.
The first series will examine the book “Listening for the Voice of God" by Thomas Nelson. The group will begin meeting on June 14 at 7 p.m. and will meet six times, every other week. The study will be held at the Ronning Library, located near 49th Street and Southeastern Ave.
Jan Tollefson will lead this Bible study that is designed to help women grow in faith every day.
"During this Bible study, we will find out that having peace on the outside comes from knowing God on the inside," Tollefson said. "I hope a lot of women sign up for this study. It will help us stay in God's word and help us grow."
Women who are interested in participating may sign up on the registration sheet located on the Welcome Table at worship on Sunday mornings. There is a registration cost of $5.80 which covers the cost of the book.
