What is Alpha?

Alpha is a 8 week series that addresses the foundations of Christianity.  This series works to address questions like these-
Is there more to life than this?  Who is Jesus?  How can I have faith?  Why and how do I pray?  Why and how should I read the bible?  The King of Glory Leadership team is asking everyone to participate in Alpha which will be offered every year moving forward. Alpha is a proven program that helps people begin or refresh their journey of following Jesus. Alpha is basically 30 minutes of eating, 30 minutes of teaching, and 30 minutes of small group discussion. 1 of these 3 reasons should answer why you should take Alpha:

1) You are looking for a first step bible study environment opportunity where you can learn foundations of Christianity and build relationships with others.

2) You will benefit from being refreshed, to focus on being able to articulate the foundations of Christianity, or be present for others who are taking it for the first time.

3) You will become very familiar with Alpha and this ongoing tool at King of Glory to help others follow Jesus, be able to invite others to join you who can benefit from the class, and prepare you to possibly lead the class or be a table leader.

When is Alpha at King of Glory?

Join other participants weekly. There will be 4 Alpha classes offered this Fall, 2019. 3 are in the evenings, held on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m., beginning September 22, 24, & 26.
